hallo,
looks amazing
does it replace zone system ?
i am amateur photograph and i must say that i was very interested with zone system but couldn’t afford 167usd for the light version.
i have already invested in on1 so i also wonder if i stay in photoshop with your tools or switch to on1
currently i am using photoshop cc just for selections which are quite poor in on1
best regards
marc
Hello!
The ZSE and Palette Effects are two different panels altogether. The ZSE is my workflow panel for making my Tone and Color Adjustments, and while it does have some Effects in the panel, I felt the need for more… a lot more. In walks Palette Effects. It is my go to workflow now to fill in the gap in the Effects that I have been missing for so long. It is essentially a finishing touch panel with a strong emphasis on Color Theory as the base for all of the effect modifications.
While I would love to have created this inside the ZSE, there just isn’t any room and because of all the innovations, it requires 42 more video tutorials to go along with it. That means 6+hours of education on Color Theory and Finishing Effects. It is a big endeavor but one that will be incredible in the end. I am looking forward to its release.
Will this work for CS 6
It certainly will.
Will the ZSE and Palette Efects panels work in On1 Photo Raw,or will you be amending them for ON1
Neither will work in ON1. At this time you cannot plug into ON1 with Extensions like this. They will only work in Photoshop.
Hi Blake, I see that some people are already using the Palette Effects panel. Have you released it already? I can only find the page that says it was coming on May 11. I love ZSE so can’t wait to get my hands on the new panel.
