Photoshop Craps Gone Wrong with Gavin Hardcastle
Last week I showed you all how to gamify Photoshop so you could learn Adjustment Layers while social distancing with Photoshop Craps. My buddy Gavin Hardcastle caught wind of the game and challenged me to a Photoshop Battle with the Craps rules in effect. What ensued was hilarity and Photoshop education all mixed into one awesome video.
Here’s Some back story on this video before we begin: A few months ago, I was caught “trolling” on Gavin’s Youtube videos (@fototripper), leaving comments that I thought he would find funny. Instead, he took them as a challenge and fired back at me. We decided to face off in Photoshop on one of his images from the Faroe Islands. In short, I offended him with a composite of Adam Gibbs flying through his photo on the back of a bird, crowned, and holding his acclaimed Landscape Photographer of the Year award… I have to admit, it was pretty clever.
That led to Gavin challenging me to a Photography duel on the Oregon Coast in October of 2019. That never happened, though.
Now we are caught up to speed. Gavin saw my video last week and challenged me to a game of Craps. We practiced our social distancing like good citizens and made this video via Skype.
So here’s A little break from my usual Photoshop nerdery to have some fun with Gavin Hardcastle. Enjoy 🙂 Be sure to subscribe to fototripper on YouTube, his photography is genuinely fantastic.
