This was the most difficult month to judge so far. So much so that I was looking at them last night and had to sleep on the decision.
The winner of this month’s project and the Black, White and Beyond:The Digital Zone System training package is KFRANWMC! This photograph was fantastically accomplished. I was on the scene that day and know what I saw, but that sky was fantastically composited into the scene. The textures are present but so subtle they add color and texture without overpowering the photo. Very well done, from the color temperature to the sky and back around to the texture, well done!
