Blake has gone Live!  Watch out World

Going Live on Facebook is not a new thing, and there really is nothing to worry about, no one really needs to watch out.  However, it was my first time going live in a way that would use the Webcam and Screencasting via Facebook.  There are a lot of moving parts when you do a live webcast like this and anything could have gone wrong!  Gladly, nothing did.  The audio was great, the video looked awesome, and the show went off without a hitch!

I wanted to do something different with my live events.  There are a lot of people doing Live Events now via Facebook, Periscope, Google +, YouTube, the list goes on.  Everyone brings a new idea to the livestream atmosphere and they also add their own personal flair to it, which is awesome!  I decided to make mine more like the webinars I am used to.  After all, I have conducted 22 for Topaz Labs and two recently for ON1.

I decided to make mine more like the webinars I am used to.  After all, I have conducted 22 for Topaz Labs and two recently for ON1.  I like the spontaneity of “Get on Live and Teach” mixed with good solid education.  So I guess that is what you can expect to see from now on with my Facebook Live Events.  I haven’t quite settled on a Time and date nor a frequency, but I will nail that part down.  It is safe to say, I got the hard part out of the way with this first one, now I just need to replicate it 🙂
