Very rarely do I bleed my f.64 Elite education into the f.64 Academy site. Why? I don’t know. I guess I’ve always thought that when the student is ready, they will come on over. I’m not pushy and don’t like to constantly blast you with marketing content. I guess it’s a real shock I’m still successful, huh?

Today, I wanted to give you a look into what happens monthly on f.64 Elite. My favorite monthly segment is the Critique Session. I conduct two of them per month, and each session contains 12 images, for 24 member images critiqued EVERY month!

Each photo receives anywhere from 5-7 minutes of attention. Over the last seven years, I’ve critiqued over 1610 images. All archived for Elite Members.

Unsurprisingly, these sessions are the #1 draw for keeping Elite members in the community. At first, most people join Elite because they want access to the ever-growing course library. BUT… they soon realize that scripted course content, while great, is not the way to grow in their photography.

Real growth comes from practical application and seeing the things discussed in the courses applied to everyday images. My primary goal here is less about “critiquing” and more about problem-solving.

Below you will find four videos from June’s first critique session. Eight more are in this session on f.64 Elite, and another set of 12 is coming next week. You may come here for Photoshop tutorials, but I can tell you this, those tutorials are more like scripted how-to’s.  While they are helpful, they pail in comparison to what you can learn in my critique sessions 😉

You can become an Elite Member today and see all the rest of these critiques and so much more!
