Every month on HDR Insider I host a little friendly competition to spark the interest of the subscribers.  It is not about one person being better than another, it is about rewarding those who took the time to learn new things, experiment, and ultimately make themselves a better HDR photographer.

The basic idea behind the Projects goes a little something like this.  I provide the brackets (much like an HDR Concert) and HDR Insider Members can download them and work on them how they see fit.  They upload a comment with a link to their work and I select one person to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card.

While all of November’s images were great, really my job was difficult, Vinny Ciro did a bang up job creating a delicate atmosphere for this monstrous subject matter.  Congratulations Vinny!  I highly encourage everyone to go to his Flickr feed, there are some very nice pieces there.

I will be posting a full length workflow tutorial on how I processed the same image on Saturday, the 30th.  However, it is only available to HDR Insider Members!
